Indulge your yen for the sweet stuff at the chocolate sundae competition and the all-you-can-eat chocolate chip pancake breakfast. The delectable food will also be featured in several games, including chocolate slip & slide, tootsie roll hunt, chocolate game and open the chocolate candy bar. To top it all off, chocolate balloons will be on hand.

Johnny Lee and John Slaughter will perform on June 5 at the first Thursday free concert. Grab your lawn chair or blanket and head over to Heritage place, where from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. you can enjoy music under the evening sky.

One of the pleasures of summertime is eating homegrown juicy tomatoes. On June 7, Sunshine Farms is hosting a workshop called “Never Too Many Tomatoes,” a tasty fun event where you can learn all about this much-loved food. The family friendly occasion will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is free to the public.
